HIV & AIDS Financing Policy Review for Community Based Organizations: A Study in Bandung City and Semarang City, Indonesia

This document is an HIV & AIDS Financing Policy Review for Community Based Organizations. It is based on a  study was initiated by IAC and Seknas Fitra with the support of the SHIFT Program, which is based on identifying the need for a real research and compilation of policies related to funding community-based organizations in HIV and AIDS prevention. The city of Semarang and the City of Bandung were chosen in this study because these two regions were the focus areas of the SHIFT project in Indonesia, with the consideration that the area already had good commitments related to HIV and AIDS prevention programs.
