SHIFT releases Baseline Assessment on the status of HIV Finance Transition Planning
SHIFT is excited to release it’s baseline assessment of the status of HIV finance transition planning across the four SHIFT countries — Indonesia, Malaysia, The Philippines, and Thailand. The baseline develops impact and outcome indicators for SHIFT and collect baseline data for these indicators. The assessment reports on countries funding mechanisms, allocative efficiency, gaps in strategic information, and the status of the country’s transition plan.
